1. What is your warranty?

You automatically are protected by an extra long 24 month international warranty. This means that if there is a manufacturing issue you can come back to us without hassle and we will send a replacement watch or strap free of charge.

2. How durable is the watch?

Your watch is made of solid stainless steel with anti-scratch sapphire crystal, and fitted with an original SEIKO quartz movement (the Japanese inventor of the quartz watch). It's like a $500 watch at a fraction of the price.

3. What is your return policy?

Simple. You have 30 days to try your watch. As long as it is not damaged or shows signs of wear and tear you can send it back to us without cost to you! Email us at logistics@kanewatches.com. That's how confident you'll love your KANE just like thousands of other customers before you.

4. It's a present, will it be on time?

Go for the DHL priority shipping upgrade which is around $10-$20 USD depending on the destination. It's definitely worth it because it will be there in 2 working days. After you fill in your shipping details during checkout you can choose this option, and cut down on the delivery time.

5. What's the story behind KANE?

In short, KANE was launched in 2017 after noticing there weren't any real minimalist watches for men who prefer smaller watches because of their wrist size. True to our Japanese "kaizen" (continuous improvement) minimalist philosophy we worked on solving this in a clean and elegant way.

Great watch, great minimalist design

The minimalist style really stood out for me. I like the very thin and low profile design and think it's cool you can change the straps. I went with this black one because I wear a lot of blue and black

Style Elevator Indeed

Received mine couple of days ago. I am usualy VERY picky when buying anything. Absolutely no regrets about this watch. Loved it so much that i buyed a second one for my brother as his birthday is comming shortly. Really stylish. No doubts about the quality.

Simpel maar mooi, ook voor kleine polsen

Zelf heb ik smalle polsen 14 / 15 mm. In het begin twijfelde ik of het niet te groot is, maar sinds het een minimalistisch horloge is past het perfect. Kleur is ook mooi, dus zeker een aanrader! (ook als je smalle polsen hebt.)

Oh wat goed dat het horloge om je pols past. Dat was altijd het idee om een verfijnd horloge te maken dat niet te groot is voor zelfs Aziatisch polsen. Veel plezier ermee. – Christopher
