1. What is your warranty?

You automatically are protected by an extra long 24 month international warranty. This means that if there is a manufacturing issue you can come back to us without hassle and we will send a replacement watch or strap free of charge.

2. How durable is the watch?

Your watch is made of solid stainless steel with anti-scratch sapphire crystal, and fitted with an original SEIKO quartz movement (the Japanese inventor of the quartz watch). It's like a $500 watch at a fraction of the price.

3. What is your return policy?

Simple. You have 30 days to try your watch. As long as it is not damaged or shows signs of wear and tear you can send it back to us without cost to you! Email us at logistics@kanewatches.com. That's how confident you'll love your KANE just like thousands of other customers before you.

4. It's a present, will it be on time?

Go for the DHL priority shipping upgrade which is around $10-$20 USD depending on the destination. It's definitely worth it because it will be there in 2 working days. After you fill in your shipping details during checkout you can choose this option, and cut down on the delivery time.

Brilliant find

My mate came across KANE watches when he was in Amsterdam and I soon copied him and bought my own when I seen how nice they look and how easy it is to change the strap. Looking forward to some new straps being released.

Kane Watch Silber Steel Black Mesh

I am satisfied by my Kane Watch so far. Looks great and already got some compliments on it. Only thing I am still not fully convinced of is the clip on the bracelet. At first it worked very well and was tight, but after a week of use it seems to loosen a little bit and i am afraid of it geting worse with time until it doesn't close at all anymore. There should at least be the option to buy an extra clip without buying a whole bracelet. Except for this I would rate 5/5, really fell on love with the simple, yet noble design!
